Forgive… Forget…

We have been into situations wherein we could not handle things anymore. We tend to try to escape to certain situations in which we felt like we’re helpless and hopeless at the same time.

We try to remain strong even if we’re not. Absorbing all the pain that you felt inside your heart and sometimes felt like we are hiding the real part of ourselves just to protect our emotions.

It will never be easy to do such thing in which we will just simply forgive someone who have done wrong to us and forget things that look like never happened.

Hatred and grudges will never heal the pain we had in our hearts. These may only cause anger towards others and these may another pain to us if not settled and eased.

Nevertheless, despite of how we felt sad and broken to certain situations, we must learn to accept that we must value forgiveness in order to move on things. If we will always be trapped in the past with our heart aches, we will always be prisoner of time and hold that pain forever.

Learn to express out, forgive and if necessary try to at least forget things to have a happy heart and a happy soul. And always learn to let go.

She just recently tried writing online publicly to share her thoughts and ideas especially on reminding every single woman out there who`s experiencing, depression, emotional breakdowns, and feeling that no one will listen to them and even understand them at the saddest times of their lives. In this blog, the author would like to share her experiences in life that may also relate to ones your feeling right now; impart positive thoughts on how to deal and handle those negativeness that hinder them to feel genuine happiness in their lives. To this, I Divine Mae Pasinabo, a mother, wife, and a daughter who is also capable of feeling sad and lonely but managed to handle these all through positive thinking and divert it to other significant things to ease the pain that have been felt inside.
