Did you ever experience being left alone and felt degraded by one of your loved ones? Have you ever felt rejected and disregarded by someone you thought would understand and accept you? If you do, you are not alone and let`s try to tackle pointers on how to deal such emotions and feelings upon encountering them more in your life:

1. Never sorry for being sorry.
At some points in our life, we usually felt guilty or even sorry to things that we did unintentionally regardless if you did it for yourself or not. Being genuine is never a reason that you will be sorry to others even though you are just simply expressing yourself.

2. Showing and expressing your emotions is not a sign of weakness.
When you are feeling down and lonely, showing and expressing ones emotions is never a sign of weakness and cowardliness. It`s a matter of keeping things out from yourself since you could not handle the pain anymore.

3. Never doubt yourself ever.
Be confident at all means and never doubt yourself`s capacities in anything that you want to do in your life. We are born unique and with this, despite of our uniqueness, we must be accepted and you yourself must learn the essence of acceptance of being you, no matter what others may say.
